$5 Flat rate shipping includes insurance up to $100 via USPS is available for most orders- not recommended for high value orders

Items will be shipped via USPS or FedEX, either standard or priority shipping depending on your selection, from our Austin, Texas studio within 2-3 business days of your order. Please allow additional time for custom orders, or items with a longer lead-time indicated- we will contact you if your order will not ship within a week of your order. If you require special insurance, priority delivery, or gift wrapping, please message us! We're happy to accommodate your needs!

All items shipped via USPS include insurance.  We will do our best to ensure the arrival of your package and send tracking information accordingly. If your package arrives damaged, please save the packaging and photo document the incident upon arrival so that an insurance claim may be processed.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has shipped. 

|| INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ||

International orders will be accompanied by a customs form, that states the full value of the item(s) you're purchasing. Please note that your country may levvy duties, taxes, and/or customs charges for your purchase. Pop Out Jewelry is not responsible for any import charges your country may impose, nor will we mis-represent what we are shipping to you.

We do our best to ship with integrity. Ultimately, international buyers are responsible for bringing any packaging requirements specific to their country to Pop Out Jewelry's attention.

When shipping international orders via US Postal Service, we are unable to track your package once it leaves the United States. The only courier services that provide tracking for international packages are those such as FedEX and UPS. We are happy to ship via one of those services, if you so desire. 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Pop Out Jewelry, we would like you to be pleased with your purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason please send the required information to orders@melissaborrell.com and you will receive a return authorization by email.

For full credit less shipping charges, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Please make sure that the item is returned in the original condition with the packaging and accessory items intact. Include your name, address, credit card information, phone number and reason for the return. Credit (minus shipping charges) will be issued once the item has been received as stated.

Should you have a problem with any item ordered, please contact orders@melissaborrell.com as soon as you receive the item and within the 10 day return period and we will process your return or exchange. If the error was ours, of course we will send instructions for return shipping.
